Continue the Latino Elder Group, which brings together isolated and unaware Latino elders from Hampshire County, and assists them in finding linguistically and culturally competent solutions to their needs and independence.
Continue the Latino Elder Case Management Program through the use of existing programs already in place, and broadening to include information and referral, access to medical care and transportation, home visits, education to caregivers, and building networks with other community agencies.
