The Housing Stabilization for Elders Project will continue to build upon the current capacity of providing outreach and housing stabilization services to homeless elders and elders at-risk of homelessness through the use of case management services. Services include, but are not limited to, tenant-landlord mediation, transportation to appointments with prospective landlords, housing search, and support services to facilitate housing stabilization and sustainability for elders.
