Hadley Council on Aging

Educational/screening opportunities and health fairs, including the opportunity to obtain a flu shot and information provided by speakers as well as via our bimonthly newsletter.   Outreach methods, including home visitation to caregivers and carereceivers, where  their needs will be identified.  These needs will be matched to available offers when possible.  Additional programs and activities will be provided utilizing key areas of focus of the National Family Caregiver Support Program for guidance.  Education about the available benefits and services, offers for assistance in gaining access to supports and providing assistance in arranging for respite care and other supplemental services.
