Offer a free, weekly caregivers support group for individuals caring for a spouse, parent or loved one. This forum provides a discussion around the successes and frustrations of being an adult caregiver and offers opportunities for sharing resources and peer support each week. Members report greater feelings of eases and skill in their role as caregivers.
