Conduct outreach activities in Amherst, Easthampton, and Northampton with elders, family members, caregivers, and staff of local organizations serving elders, in order to increase their awareness of and willingness to gain access to elder mediation services.
The first phase will develop and strengthen Community Action’s relationships, with at least three local organizations, and set up a series of outreach events. The second will create video presentations on mediation and its benefits for elders for use in these events and with community television.
