RFP On-Line Application Procedures For Entering A New Form Completely

Return to the RFP or the RFP Procedures
1) Once in your browser, please go to the site located at www.highlandvalley.org/RFP.html.
2) To submit an on-line application, please go to #9, under Application Instructions and click here.
3) Make sure that the option I want to enter a new form is selected. If so, please click Next.
4) Complete all fields.
5) At the end of the application, click To Confirmation Page >> .
6) You will receive a message that says Confirmation Is Being Processed.
7) Up in the left hand corner of the screen, there is an icon of a printer. Click on this, if you wish to print your on-line application.
8) Then, scroll all the way to the bottom and click Send.
9) The screen will indicate that it is Processing Form Entries...One Moment Please.
  * Please note that if you are using Internet Explorer, then your browser will automatically close.
  * If you are using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, then you will receive a screen with a message Powered by www.formdesk.com:
10) Finally, you will need to notify John Lutz, Associate Director, via e-mail at jlutz@highlandvalley.org, that your on-line application has been submitted.
11) John will then send you a confirmation e-mail verifying that your application has been received.
