RFP On-Line Application Procedures For Partially Completing A New Form & Saving For Future Use

Return to the RFP or the RFP Procedures
1) Once in your browser, please go to the site located at www.highlandvalley.org/RFP.html.
2) To submit an on-line application, please go to #9, under Application Instructions and click here.
3) Make sure that the option I want to enter a new form is selected. If so, please click Next.
4) Complete all fields.
5) At the end of the application, click Store Entries, Finish Later.

Please make note of the access code, which is located in the box at the end of the statement, You will need the following code to re-access your stored form:. For example, the acces code is sxAvz8. Please note that the access code is case sensitive and must be reentered exactly as it appears.

You can also have the access code e-mailed directly to you. Enter your e-mail in the yellow highlighted box and click Send code. The e-mail will contain the access code, as well as a link to take you directly back to the application.

7) If you wish to return to your on-line application now, click Back. If not, then click Close.
8) After clicking Close, a Windows Internet Explorer box wil appear. Click Yes and then your browser will close automatically.
9) You can repeat steps #1 - #5, until you have completed your on-line application in its entirety. However, each time that you want to work on your application, you will need to reenter the access code and then click Next.
10) Once your on-line application is complete, at the bottom of the page, click To Confirmation Page >>.
11) You will receive a message that says Confirmation Is Being Processed.
12) Up in the left hand corner of the screen, there is an icon of a printer. Click on this, if you wish to print your on-line application.
13) Then, scroll all the way to the bottom and click Send.
14) The screen will indicate that it is Processing Form Entries...One Moment Please.
  * Please note that if you are using Internet Explorer, then your browser will automatically close.
  * If you are using a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, then you will receive a screen with a message Powered by www.formdesk.com:
15) Finally, you will need to notify John Lutz, Associate Director, via e-mail at jlutz@highlandvalley.org, that your on-line application has been submitted.
16) John will then send you a confirmation e-mail verifying that your application has been received.
