Improve the quality of life for all residents at East Mountain View by inviting and encouraging everyone to attend regular monthly meetings to voice their opinions, share concerns and work to match various needs and offers within the community. Over the past year, the RQLC has seem substantial and sustainable growth and independence, due to the fact that this entity is now moderating the monthly meetings.
