Enhance the civic, social and emotional engagement of the residents of Washington House through the RQLC, which over the past year, has gained further independence and exerted greater control over the daily functions of the community life. This includes weekly, resident-run office hours, mediating the regular meetings and following-up through the distribution of notes.
